MANDATORY EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS.

All youth and adult groups must provide their own complete sparring gear. Head gear. Gloves. Chest protector. Shin guard with instep protector.

In teen and adult group no cloth shin guards are allowed. Minimum 14oz gloves must be worn for 139 lbs and under competitors. For competitors 140 lbs and over 16oz gloves are required.

Rules:

2. Rounds 1:5 minutes each. Only allowed to kick and punch the torso. Front of the body.
The competitors must wear full gear. Boxing gloves. Foot and shinguards headgear and chest protector.
No clinching or grabbing alowed.
No knees to the body's allowed.
Only striking blows with feet and hands.
No sweeps or takedown allowed.
Only stand up body torso striking.
